Leadership Profile: Paula Njuguna – Founder & Lead Advocate
Paula Njuguna graduated from the University with a Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Honour – Upper Division) and subsequently obtained a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She was admitted to the Bar as an Advocate in April 2001, marking over two decades of dedicated legal practice. Her foundational professional experience includes pupilage and holding positions with reputable firms such as Mereka & Company Advocates and Mathenge Muchemi & Company Advocates. Before establishing Nyaguthie Njuguna & Co. Advocates, she gained diverse experience in the insurance sector and served as an associate with M/s Gichuki King’ara Company and Advocates
A significant aspect of Paula Njuguna’s profile is her extensive public service and leadership within the legal community. She notably served as the Vice Chair of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), Nairobi Branch, for four years.
